Mr. Arun Paul Kunnil is a resourceful Human Resources professional with 20 plus years of experience in establishing and leading HR and training / development functions in India and overseas. He completed his Master’s in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and Bachelor’s in Law (LL.B) from ILS Law College, Pune. Arun's passion for teaching and grooming young talents have prompted him to leave a stable corporate career and become an educationalist. Arun is leading the college utilizing the insights gained through his long professional career, administrative skills and learning from the academic arena. His networking with industry leaders and vision on competency building will add value to the institution.

Dr. Stalin is an expert academician having more than14 years of experience in teaching, research and academic administration. Completed Ph.D from the University of Kerala and M. Phil from Madurai Kamaraj University, Dr. Stalin gained expertise in commerce and management subjects. He handled UG, PG, and M.Phil classes especially the subjects of M.Com, B.Com and BBA. Being an academic guide, he guided more than 40 projects of students in his career. Dr. Stalin is also an expert student advisor and a mentor.

Emmy Arun is a Civil Engineer with many years of experience in civil engineering consultancy, civil construction and administration in India and abroad. She has completed her Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from TKM College of Engineering Kollam. Emmy heads the Administration and Finance function of Ave Stella Maris College. Emmy is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage teams to be focused. Her skill for attention to details and systems approach has brought financial discipline and improved efficiency.

Ansu Paulose is the Accounts Officer at Ave Stella Maris College Kizhumury. She has completed the CMA (USA) course provided by Institute of Management Accounts (IMA) in 2010. Ansu has obtained her B. Com degree from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2009. She began her career in 2011 as an Administration Assistant in a MNC. She has over 8 years of experience in the capacities of Administrator, Purchase Officer and in Accounts.

Mr. T. Y Kuriakose is a passionate AIFF D licenced footballer coach and a fitness trainer with many years of experience in sports. He is an accredited football trainer at the Ernakulam Sports Council having distinguished records. Under the able guidance of Mr. Kuriakose, large number of sports enthusiasts from various institutions emerged victorious in many noted games including premier leagues. He is actively associating with our institute in developing sports and fitness training.

Sijin B T is a noted Sports Management Guru, Corporate Trainer, Writer and Sports Promoter. He is the founder of Sports & Management Research Institute (SMRI), India’s first sports management and sports engineering research institute. He is the propagator of fans-owned cooperative football clubs.
